Some time ago in one of the Dandy World threads I thought up of a random writing concept of a general Handler that never got the memo that the Gardeview Center closed (maybe after waking up from a coma?), and thus he spends his schedule and days maintaining the premise with the Twisteds, unaware that there are normal versions of the toons out there. To him, he thinks the twisteds are just an edgy reboot of Dandy's World that almost all media go through at some point. And so he goes on his days with the confused twisteds. Then again, they are getting attention they have longed missed...

I'm still not sure what to do with such a premise, but the only thing I know is that the twisteds become even more vicious if the regular toons try to lead him away from them. I was reminded of it over the week and I can't stop thinking about it.
