Kowalski had a point, his withdrawal's gonna get worse and he might start acting up. However, we shouldn't back down just he made a good point and did so on his own property.
This guy is clearly not in a position to go and get the help he needs even if we give him the means to get it, not at this moment anyways. Keeping him here is risky, but I think it's a better option than kicking him out while he's fucked up and literally dying for a fix.
