Yeah, two FTM were in a writing event with me and I talked to them a good amount because I'm polite. They were in a gay relationship with each other and rewriting a fanfic that had a wordcount stretching into a million or maybe two, I don't recall. it was half pornographic and they didn't see any issue with bringing that up, the two were fat and obnoxious, depressed, self loathing, politically aggressive and would bring it up constantly to anyone. Neither were teens, they were pushing 40, but they styled themselves as if they were children. I don't hate them per se but I think they're mentally ill and should not be taken seriously. I think they're victims partly too, because what they are would not have happened in a different time that actively encourages them to be dysfunctional and to embrace the worst parts of themselves as an identity, to foster them and grow them. I felt bad for them so I talked to them while I was there to maybe give them some semblance of normalcy.
