Well, one is a country in active war that has spent years creating a no-fly zone which blasts anything out of the sky that it didn't launch itself and the other is a country that is not currently at war and was shot at by accident due to their neighbour relying on ChatGPT to code their drones after they sent their professional coders to drown in a sewer.
Although the lawnmowers might be able to make the distance, you're comparing apples to oranges in terms of how successful an attempt to hit anything is going to be.

Are these working as intended?
They don't seem to be very effective as the fire burns out really quickly and it seems to spit out a baseball-size amount of material whilst the rest of the flame is mostly for show which makes it a precision weapon that can't do much to entrenched positions or personnel unless you get a direct hit, but it you need to get a direct hit, why don't you just cut down on the weight and cost by using disposable AT instead?
I don't understand the benefit of briefly inconveniencing a machine gunner or killing a single random dude compared to the risks they are taking to do so.
