>What drew you to her anon?
Pretty sure I've mentioned this before, but I initially came to these threads to make a rainbow text shitpost on April Fools. I stuck around afterwards because these threads were actually really nice. Chill, funny, and filled with a genuine love for this mare.
Over the next couple of weeks, I started getting Dashpilled. I began noticing her softer side, especially with Tank and Scoots. I realized that the bravado and tough exterior are just things she puts on to hide how insecure, caring, and secretly soft she really is. Then there’s her dorkiness for Daring, her beautiful magenta eyes, her voice, the way she blushes when she’s embarrassed. All those little things came together until I finally saw she’s so much more than I ever gave her credit for.
Around that same time, I had just gotten into /chag/. I was never super into reading greens, but while chatting with different ponies, I found out how natural it was to bro it up with Dash. How fun she is to talk to. The kind of pony I could tell anything to, banter with, and just be myself around.
Then after slowly developing these feelings, you posted the completed Ice Cream comic. That’s what really set everything in motion. I checked out the rest, and by the time I finished the Winter one I was already in love. But Excuses hit me harder than anything else. Your portrayal of her felt perfect. Ideal mare. Ideal life. It affected me in an autistic way I can’t even properly put into words.
>I got inspired by a few like Sonic Boom, Close Bonds, Home, Ut Amateur Iris, and One Small Step
Thanks, I'll check them out. I'm desperate for more Dash romance.
