Barbra had/has poor posture. You can hardly find a profile shot of her, when she isn't tilting her head back, jutting out her chin, or doing that forward head, vulture neck posture. A few images are around though, where you can get a better semblance of what her profile looks like, when her neck is in a more natural position.
