there are plenty of novels with teenager heroines in KR including on Novelpia, they just typically don't have sex chapters until after some college age timeskip.

I've seen one Korean smut novel where the author just added 100 to everyone's ages, another one where the author added a preface saying that all characters are unrelated and just roleplaying family roles and are also adults, and another where (unless I missed it at some point which is possible since I was just skimming ) the author just straight up didn't have any excuses for the MC plowing his blood related middle school aged little sister in between his mother and aunt. It makes me wonder what the guidelines actually are if any exisf.
