As a hairline hon myself who is otherwise fairly pretty, I assure you we do realize it's the biggest barrier for passing. HRT minox and dutasteride only fixes minor hair loss. If you were unfortunate enough to be ravaged by male puberty to the point of being almost completely bald at 18 (before HRT was ever even an option) like myself, it's almost never enough to have a female hairline. I restored 80% of my hair but the hairline and forelock still sucks especially with the hairline scar from FFS.

But unlike these people, I don't live in denial about my hairline. Instead I wear a $1000 human hair wig that's beautiful and basically undetectable until I can somehow get my insurance to cover a transplant (should be happening this December).
