Can someone explain how the fuck the banner guarantee works on this game?

I rolled 4 ssrs in the limited banner so far.
None has been Chitose.
I even got a double ssr roll but no Chitose.
I have lost the 50/50 four times

In hoyo games when you lose the 50/50 the next ssr is guaranteed to be the featured.
I assume on this game I can lose the 50/50 infinite times?
What's the 160 rolling cap then?
