Depends, as someone who was born in Canada, a lot of it is very far gone, there is at least a growing secessionist movement in the prairie provinces. If SHTF Canada would likely be in a better position than Germany in account of the amount of space and fresh water. Most “new Canadians” wouldn’t even leave the cities. That said, Canada is on a definite decline that is made worse by the voting patterns exhibited by urbanites, brownoids and easterners.
