Yeah. It ties together what happened to all the characters that show up in the event at the respective ends of their expansions (as all of them go either missing or into limbo), and solidifies how Prishe - who is cursed to be alone forever because her world is dead and if she goes to a different world reality begins to crumble - gets back in touch with the Player Character (who they also bothered to ask which race/gender you wanted it to be at the start of the event for the singular scene they show up in) so they can start hanging out again.
