That's not THE gigachad (Ernest Khalimov). That one is a minor side character gigachad.
Pic related is supposedly him in 1987. He was born in 1969 so he is 18 in that pic, and he is 56 right now.
His sharp facial features are there, but in the gigachad character the shape of his face is too inconsistent, indicating photoshop and/or surgeries.
