If you mean the image, its just a joke about the contradictions, among many, in the language of non binaries.
Its not that I do not accept labelling; I have no choice in it anyways, which is sort of the point. I can't pick what words others use to describe me personally, but I can agree or disagree whether any particular interpretation is accurate, which is what makes the term 'bisexual' a comically overwhelming paradox. You will always get someone who says its simple; someone who likes males and females. But then when you press about what that actually means in real life, you get fifty different exceptions. What if they have never been with someone of the opposite (or same) sex? What if it is just a curiosity? What if its prison sex? What if its experimentation? What if they simply quit "one side" or the other? What if it was trans? What if they are trans? Thats when you get an avalanche of interpretations and see how worthless the term is.
Likewise, gender identity is valid simply because it exists, and means something to people who focus on it. What I believe must remain static is the language that we use for science and medical purposes.
For example, when the AIDS crisis hit, the CDC was confronted with a problem: many of the men who were having sex with men did not actually identify as gay, and therefore there was a legitimate reason to have that debate. But that was not the job or purview of the CDC. So they simply coined the term "MSM" or "Men who have 'Sex' with Men"
As for gender roles, I think your take highlights some of those contradictions in trans ideology and the head-on collision with feminism. That is, you never hear about a mtf tomboy lesbian because that would defeat the point; it would simply be an anatomical male who dresses like a male and is attracted to anatomical females; to wit, a typical guy...
