So the funny thing about these locations closing down is that the old pizza huts (new ones seem to be run out of fucking strip malls) get sold to local start up fast food chains a lot of times that do great with the location.

This is the kind of minimalism I like for a home,
>Easier to clean floors that are pragmatic with "wood laminate" which which is cheap and easy while looking nice.
>Wider openings
>Easier to clean chrome appliances
Color pallet could be better (I would have kept the wooden color pallets for warmth), and it is clear that they took the pictures in different lighting conditions, but it's not bad.

Okay if this is the same house I spoke too soon. They could have just changed the floor and everything would have been fine. That fireplace is disgusting and tacky and us minimalist enjoyers hate that shit.

I get he meme and all, but I like the design. The lighting is bad though.

>McDonalds
they never had a real destinct design to me after the PlayPlace went away. They seemed like they wanted to be a coffee shop after a while.
>Tacobell
Upgrade. I grew up in the southwest and being a crap adobe home is not good design.
>Burger Kind
These had a distinctive 70s look and now have become as bland and indistinct as old McDonalds once they got rid of play places.
>Wendys
Architecture wise they are fine and look like an updated version of the old one.
But you can't really dine inside anymore. It's a fucking nightmare. Self order stand that doesn't synch with the app or take coupons. Some locations block cell service cause the store acts like a faraday cage for some reason. The Minimalist service is a fucking nightmare.
