Okay I swear there's something really fucked up with practice mode versus a live guild raid run. In live my Ember got her 2nd turn before Epsilon got her 3rd turn, which isn't even remotely possible in practice mode. Picrel, Epsilon is about to take her third turn while Ember is only 60% of the way to her 2nd turn. I think my other units had fucked up relative speeds too relative to the boss.
All those jobbed live runs are definitely because of this, I swear I'm not coping btw.
