I liked it, depending on why you disliked Vein, your experience can vary.
If you got filtered by Cathedral, you will have a bad time.
Levels/Exploration is one of the strong points of the game, combat is not that hard and there is way less build variety than Vein, but it the hitboxes are pretty neat.
Not that expensive to start with and if you can get past

Shame they pulled the demo from steam after release for some retarded reason...
