For Mitsuo I had a mind charge black frost with fire boost, fire amp and agidyne so I just melted him. Even 15 years ago when I didn't know what the fuck I was doing I had a far easier time with him than Yukiko or Kanji, and it only gets easier from there as you accumulate more skills, I genuinely cannot remember any bosses gimmicks after that because charge + magic/hassou tobi solves everything. To account for not having to shuffle skills to get OP personas the remake will probably have to up the difficulty across the board after Kanji.

Then again, I'm probably not the best person to judge Persona difficulty since I'm an old hardcore Fatlus
