They will hang out in the background going "MC-kun..." and just wait around to get impregnated. They're not really characters, they just exist to pop out babies for the MC. I don't know why this offends you, this shit is written for 13-year olds and the love interest was never meant to be a mystery, there's an entire island of kids who knew Naruto would plow Hinata and Goku would marry Chichi, but I guess you're not as smart as them? It's kinda' like when you do a math problem quickly in your head but then someone else asks you how you do it and now it's going to take like 15 minutes to explain it but you're not even sure yourself since it's not something that's even supposed to approach that level of thought, but if you stopped for 2 seconds and looked at the story from the author's point of view, he wrote a female character to be a foil to the MC and help drive the plot and go on their own arcs, and then "for some reason" he made this other female character who stands in the background going "MC-kun..." for 500 chapters. That "for some reason" has exactly one reason and you should be able to figure it out.
