Maybe but in CSM, eating someone is treated as more "special", for example the devil Denji has a pact with, can erase concepts from existence by eating them.
Makima was fine with the Black Chainsaw Man eating her. It's possible that this also has something to do with it not registering as an attack.
Alternatively of course you can just kill the entire population of Japan and then kill Makima.
