because it's the top 100 player per data center, and we had crystal, aether, primal, light, chaos, mana, elementa, and either gaia or meteor at the time of shadowbringer feast rewards
this means a total of 800 players have received the shb rewards
and hearing the stories of pvps past and seeing the rankings of pvps present, claiming 200 people win traded at minimum for the rewards is not really far off imo
