I'd recommend it. I used to use coffee's lazy installer back in the day. Then I made my own script capable of grabbing from GDrive, Mega, etc.
Then Libidinous came out and made my effort worthless, with its VASTLY superior UI and everything already being loaded in and actually working... But yeah, you should clear out your old installs of your lewd mods and let Libidinous Loader manage them. Smoother, better. + you can add your own gits to it, so you can use it for more than just your lewd mods...and you can add the forbidden loli/shota mod if you use it.
