This show is pretty much what you see at any rink, especially when they are competing and being tested to pass certain levels of figure skating tests. They only wear dresses when they are about to have their test or compeition, otherwise they are decked out in skating pants, some wear socks around their boots to keep the boot from being cut or damaged, and then they have a shirt and one if not more long sleeve jackets on. Go to any rink in the early morning and you'll see that.
