This is a basic law of nature. I havent even see any counterexamples to that.
If there is an unclear situation, the european is allways to be trusted. The european can only be put under suspicion if the shitskin is severly hurt or dead. Either way, the brownie will lie shamelessly and scream louder then you could imagine, they have no honour and no sense of justice.
