I haven't played the zoo but from what I've seen wuwa outdoes it. PGR has arena battler combat that's more comparable to older 3d gachas with more emphasis on flashy effects. PGR would probably be called more "difficult", though, so I'd say try all 3 at least a little bit to get an impression yourself.
