Objective morality does not exist. It's all defined by humans and comes from evolutionary instinct. Good and evil are entirely human concepts as well, we've made up a God to justify and reinforce them. The same is true of laws in general.
The base instincts which caused humans to write out the commandments as they are still exist, and would exist even if religion were not created. Approach both an atheist and a Christfag and they'll both typically agree that the murder of innocents is a bad thing, because we instinctually reject anything that hurts our tribe and thus our own chance at living and reproducing.
