Femanon here (not trans, just lesbian), used to date a biological woman who identified as FTM. My ex was 100% onboard the trans train and did not like being female. However, she also didn't pass well due to size & build.
Anways... fast forward a couple years and we've broken up but stayed friends on social media. She was working at a coffee shop and got a crush on a regular there (who is a man, she had previously insisted that it would be emasculating and wrong to be intimate with a male) and she detranses. Drops the pronouns, starts identifying as a tomboy, etc. The guy in question is fairly masculine and conservative, and well off financially. He's also super active on social media.
Low and behold, my friend calls me up because she, who was big chested to start, went and got fat injections to her breasts to impress this man and she felt dysphoric and I'm just like "what the hell?" Then she started dressing how he wanted. Literally running around in Jimmy Choo Crystal Diamond Maxis (veeerrrrry expensive) and wearing a damn ribbon . I'm like "how do you feel?" And she says she still feels trans and "sort of ridiculous" but that it's worth it and her boyfriend likes it. Goes on a rambling rant about feeling like a straight guy inside a straight woman's body and that her mood is better overall.
