I mentioned to you a few weeks ago I've never cared for women who get breast augmentation surgery for simply superficial reasons of appearance...how if your BUSTY Act goes both ways and includes breast REDUCTION surgery for those women who have massive milkers and their spines/posture/physical health are affected, especially as they get older, then I could probably support this legislation

But this is all women's matters, and women were a mistake as well as completely, totally insane, so therefore I don't really care
