i like meeting people, but i also tend to be reclusive and excessive socialization makes me exhaust my social battery. i try to make small talk too, but oftentimes i feel a little too shy to go on especially in big groups where i don't know anyone and i'll just kind of tune out and focus on the movie or whatever the meetup is for. oftentimes i don't go to them simply because i feel too intimidated or socially awkward to attempt it.
i think the last meetup i went to was the lala movie one, and that was a wonderful time chatting with people i don't usually do, like poyo. it helped i was rather drunk however.
