The normal ending has the Trainer not cured from the illness and who decide to cancel any further hospitalization. Both the Trainer and SiL end up fully bonkers, decide to continue their racing career (while they initially promised to stop at some point) while training in the dark (both no longer stand the sunlight)
The good ending is Trainer being fully cured from the curse AIDS but SiL decided to leave the academy without leaving a trace, as she is afraid to hurt her beloved further. Trainer gets the help of both Admire Groove and Neo Universe, as well as a few other background characters, in order to reunite with SiL

ah gotcha. I was somewhat expecting some depressing endings.
But again I never managed to unlock any normal ending before (I assume you have to fail the URA finals or something?) so I wouldn't have known otherwise about the SiL's one.
