The 18th package of EU sanctions includes a price cap on Russian oil of approximately $47.6 per barrel — Reuters
As part of the package, the European Union will impose restrictions on 22 Russian banks, as well as a number of Chinese banks that support Russia.
In addition, restrictions will be imposed on Rosneft's oil refinery in India and the Nord Stream pipelines.
