Go on Youtube and start learning about fighting games and the way they work. Learn about footsies and neutral, offense, and defense. Justin Wong has a good guide, Core A Gaming makes good FGC content, and pretty much any big FGC Youtuber has some kind of guide. Theory Fighter is pretty good, too. Most of all, just play the game. Learning a bunch of shit on Youtube won't help if you don't have a foundation to base it on.

Why, because it's hard? You'll get used to the lack of input buffer. That's really the only thing that's particularly harder about 3s than new SF games.
