I dont agree with "brain draining" foreign countries but only because we as Americans (((for some reason))) prioritize everything other than education.
Trying to "force" a revival of intelligent scientists that will agree with the nu-government is really sloppy, and will leave us in the dirt while third world shitholes basically throw enough shit at the wall at it actually sticking because the US as a first world country has things to actually worry about.
