Wuwa’s main story is fine, but the events are where it falls flat. There’s zero story in them. For example, Shorekeeper and Carlotta are on rerun banners right now, yet the event we got is just a tower defense simulator with no narrative. Events should help promote rerun banners by reintroducing the characters through their stories.

Back when I played Genshin, rerun banners always tied into the story. There would either be an event focused on the character or a quest that featured them, so their reruns actually made sense instead of feeling random.
