I was born fat. My parents were fat. I grew up eating garbage like most kids but I ate more and I stored fat. Played sports but my metabolism didn't keep up. I drank juice and soda.
And then after sports I just got really gluttonous. And then I added beer. Ate tons of burgers and pizza and pasta and drank lots of beer and whiskey. For years.

It wasn't until I got my carbs in check that I finally was able to eat a normal amount and maintain a healthy weight.
Fat is the way to eat to be thin.
