Electric is shit by itself and really needs something extra to be truly devastating, typically when it's either boosted by some insanely broken ability like Miraidon's or by being paired up with a good secondary type like Flying or Dragon, it's very middle of the road otherwise.
Ground is just fantastic consistency, bulky Ground types will always be good to have even if they don't provide much simply because of how long they can stick around for.
People joke about Charizard being shit without gimmicks, but Solar Power boosted Heat Waves from Zard hit like a fucking truck, I love this stupid overgrown flying lizard, kinda wished supporting it in VGC was a bit easier, but sadly there's no sun setters with redirection and Wide Guard put together.

Is it just me or does Blaziken suck massive cock in ADV? I heard so many faggots saying it was a fantastic mixed attacker that threatened the Blissey and Skarmory cores and that it was definitely worth using, but it never does jack fucking shit on my end even with amazing prediction, also splitting the IVs for a mixed set tends to make it shittier in general and it's prime Dugtrio bait if I've ever seen it.
CHADzard on the other hand has gotten me through way too many tough situations for me to count, actually threatens Blissey even with a special attacking set thanks to Beat Up and doesn't fear Spikes and can outright punish the niggamoles if it locked into Earthquake.
