Just to keep from unintentionally tarnishing /pol/'s long-standing reputation of being factual, something like 10% of white people (statistically) have an IQ 85 or lower, which has some interesting societal and technological implications, not to mention ethical ones. Anyway, blacks are much more likely to have lower IQs (as my image sort of illustrates) and you can reference the CDC and find that blacks also suffer from much higher disability rates. They're fucking tarded and disabled in much higher numbers. I know not just American blacks IRL, but blacks from the Caribbean, South America and Africans- from Cameroon and Ghana. While all of them have problems, American blacks are the absolute worst. It's not even a competition. Many of the other cultures I mentioned are strong Christian countries and they have it beaten into them they need to 'behave'. Not like that works, but it works better than the complete lack of restraint of black Americans.
