I know Planet of the Apes did it most famously, but i still think it's neat every time.

Does anyone else wonder what the next century will look like as we start to colonize and expand into the solar system? It'd be like the wild west, but on a stellar scale.
More importantly, it would allow any group willing to do it to basically pack up and start their own colony somewhere in the solar system, or beyond. What would your ideal one look like, /pol/?
