Unfortunately the motherfucking part isn't quite so literal, these men practice strict chastity and semen retention to hone the power of their Lingam and perform magics quite unlike those of the Futanari. Wizards care little for the Futanari or their Rebis, they value knowledge and individuality over passion and unity, so Futas and their plight hold little interest for them save as occasional test subjects while the Futas see Wizards as selfish and misguided.

These witches are women who have discovered a magical method of swelling their clitoris into a facsimile of a Lingam, allowing them to use its masculine power. False Futas do not generate their own power for their Lingam and can't absorb essence as easily as the Incubi, instead they rely on bloody rituals to bind a man or Futanari's essence into potions or talismans to fuel their false Lingam. Much to the Futanari's surprise, the False Futa claim their goal is to reform the Rebis and their false Lingam is just the first step, but this doesn't win them any sympathy from the Futanari who revile their bloody ways.
