TL;DR she's a welfare +1 moonsign to any Nod Krai on-fielder. Pretty much no other team besides ineffalet Flins or Laumalet Nefers can really make use of her, outside of maybe Ineffa/Aino/Bennett furinalet Chasca teams.
Her kit has a keka-esque dash for her skill, and her burst applies off-field Hydro in a rather small area.
Things that are worth mentioning
>she has barely any ER% needs since her burst costs 50, and her 2 best F2P weapons give energy in some way
>She has 100% uptime on her burst. Her burst also doesn't rely on NA usage like Xingqiu, meaning that she can be used by characters like Chasker or Ganyu
>She's a great 4p Silken Moon bot. In fact, in almost every single team she's on, she should be holding 4p Silken Moon
>Can provide a fuckton of EM due to the above, and due to her cons.
However, she really needs Ascendant Gleam in her teams. Her burst is otherwise kind of shit and she's overall not really worth considering unless you genuinely have no other way to apply Hydro off the field.
