Is the spread worth? Seems like I just get objectively stronger: -14 MND and -5 INT for: +24 STR +3 VIG +3 MND and +14 FTH.

Seems like I'm paying 19 points to get well over 35 points in return. Net gain seems real. Especially when you consider how I'll perform well with -ANY- drop. Especially when you consider the 11 MND I lost can be countered by my FP on Rise relic EZ.
