fedoraman, I see newly built warehouses that waste away with no tenants ever signing on. And they always have similar design concepts with the buildings where, instead of the rectangle column that is unnecessary, there are rectangular parts in the walls where it juts inside. I just don't get the point, as a new big conglomerate or w/e would just make their own building.
