North Korea is considering sending 25,000 workers to a drone manufacturer in Russia to boost production in exchange for training in how to operate the unmanned aircraft – NHK

According to the publication, the workers would be sent to the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in the central Russian republic of Tatarstan, where Moscow operates a facility for assembling Iranian-designed Shahed drones.
