also thanx ^_^ anyway remember consistency is key. keep a log, that helped me and i'm not a 6houser like you (aka work/routine/etc) so it was more difficult for me to put in my routine but when you get it in there you learn more about yourself and what you should do to benefit yourself. the best place to start with confronting vulnerability is not with other people, but with yourself.
