She didn't go full power in the cap fight until she punched him in the chest.
Hell she's flying in other fights, and still used the bike during the escape sequence at the end even though she could just carry traveller and blast off since she was still using the Ronova boost.
That said, she never did use the bike during act 4, it would've made sense to see a weakened Mav with that until she activates the captain planet power up that restores her.

I kinda hate this event only getting good now and not when I was in my phase of levelling up random talents to max out the 500k mora BP awards years back.
