I don't have Arkham Knight installed right now but the difference in fidelity is mainly in the models/textures and the lighting. That doesn't necessarily mean the upgrade is clear in every metric though. For example Jedi Survivor has great character models/textures and illumination, but Arkham Knight's environments and artstyle are better.
