More than you think though this subgenre seems bigger on the VN side than manga. Otome Danshi is a manga, Otome Domain and Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru are VNs. The latter two are basically fake yuri harem otome games where MC is a feminine boy who has to do the "oh no I need to crossdress and attend an all-girls school I sure hope no one figures out I'm really male" routine while eventually getting in bed with one of the girls.
