I picture Mantis as having just hit 30 or at least really close to it. It's kinda a toss up. Him being around Rou's age fits too I suppose. At the very least I think he's got a year or two over Scorpion

Shou is up there to me primarily because he's seemingly constantly referring to himself as being an older stubborn guy, and you have a lot of much younger characters looking up to him for his experience. His design is full of older traveling furs and such to contrast everyone else in fine cloth and his hair is streaked with white.
He's got some sort of military history in a leadership role and has served with Ban so I consider them to be around the same age
