Local population was growing uneasy with growing numbers of jeets. And also, as there are tension because of zigger activities in relative nearby country, people are more on an edge.
That there was several cases where jeets had issue with hygiene, forced government to do SOME action (to at least pretend that there is something done to control situation). So far, food delivery drivers need to register in special government registry (helps to weed out ones which have overstayed their visa), and they need to take "basic hygiene courses". Not sure, hygiene courses were mandatory, or was as initiative of food delivery company to smoothen situation out though.

By reports, in Estonia and Lithuania jeets are even higher numbers. Apparently here they are in lower numbers, as we are poorer shithole.
