I have yet to see anyhting that would me believe this guy is the shooter.
it's just some kid with a hat and sunglasses, nothing unusual for a sunny day.
They don't have a name, a picture of him with the gun or anything like that, i'm sure they'll find him and have to let him go like the other 2.

They keep releasing pictures of this dude but I have yet to see any of him holding the rifle.
I think they'll spend a bunch of resources tracking this kid and will have to let him go like the last 2 because he was just a guy that was there.
