Gonna apologize in advance since after hearing my amazing idea for this year nobody is even gonna feel like wasting their puny brain power coming up with another joke.

Here's my idea: keep a count of however many (You)s everyone is getting and then let them spend their (You)s on a gacha. The prizes of this gacha will be different hats (like the holiday ones) or icons that they can add to posts next to the username. For example, you could have wojak, longcat, yotsuba, etc. icons that users can add to other posts.

Now the kicker is that after the event ends you don't get rid of this system, but you instead make it $1 to roll and you get five icons you can use on any misc board like /b/, /bant/, /qa/, etc. Boom I've single handedly solved all of this site's financial woes.
